Бывшая участница группы Destiny’s Child и знаменитый репер планируют сочетаться законными узами брака в конце ноября на Карибском острове под названием Anguilla. Гостей будут угощать черной икрой, на которую планируется потратить 300 000 долларов, а также лобстерами и итальянскими трюфелями. Из напитков планируется Dom Perignon 200 баксов за бутылку.

все же как много зависит от фотографа! есть кадры, где на нее стыдно смотреть: попа жуткая и ноги в растопырку... а тут она богиня просто!!
стилисты , фотографы и т.д. и т.п. из всего могут сделать конфЭтку - надо же деньги отрабатывать))
Но она беспорный талант и ей можно простиь все)

Бейонс нравится, фигура мне кажется полноватой, но зато лицо симпатичное и голос супер :)

Певица Бейонс приняла участие в съемках нового фильма «Dreamgirls», который расскажет об истории девичей группы и о том, какие отношения возникают между участницами, когда одна из солисток становится популярнее самой группы. Главную роль в фильме сыграет Бейонс, которой не понаслышке известно, каково работать в группе и при этом выступать сольно.
В рамках рекламной кампании фильма на днях Бейонс посетила шоу Опры, где представила саундтрек «Listen» к фильму. Прежде чем спеть, Бейонс объявила: «Этот тот момент, когда моя героиня находит себя. На протяжении всего фильма ею манипулируют и пытаются навязать чужое мнение. Думаю, каждая женщина поймет мою героиню и проникнется к ней».
Премьера фильма состоится в канун Рождества, но уже сейчас Бейонс рассказывает о том, как проходили съемки фильма. «Я не нервничала, когда мне надо было поцеловать Джимми, - рассказала Бейонс на шоу Опры о сцене с поцелуем с актером Джимми Фоксом. – У меня и до этого был опыт поцелуев на съемочной площадке, но все же каждый раз мне немного не по себе. Я в первую очередь певица. Но Джимми профессиональный актер, поэтому я смотрела на эту ситуацию, как на поцелуй наших героев и только».

Певица ранее неоднократно демонстрировала на светских вечеринках наряды, которые создала ее мама, а несколько месяцев назад Бейонс и Тина Ноулз пригласили всех на презентацию их марки House of Dereon.
Кстати, в House of Dereon, который предлагает спортивную, повседневную и гламурную одежду, представляет не только работы Бейонс. House of Dereon - семейное дело Бейонс, ее мамы Тины Ноулз и ее бабушки Агнесс Дереон, имя которой и послужило названием марки. Кроме обычных вещей, марка представляет и предметы класса люкс.
Вскоре одежду House of Dereon можно будет увидеть и в России. Предположительно, уже весной следующего года компания Headline Group даст нам возможностьнасладиться коллекцией House of Dereon.

В иске, который Des'ree предъявила Beyonce и ее предствителям вместе с рекорд-компанией утверждается, что вначале эта группа лиц пыталась купить у нее трек, но когда сделать это не получилось –стороны не сошлись во мнениях об условиях, то Beyonce просто сперла у нее трек. Главная причина разногласий была в том, что правообладатель – Des'ree была против смены названия трека и съемки на него видеоклипа.
На новом издании B'Day Deluxe этот трек идет под названием Still in Love (Kissing You). И конечно Beyonce сняла на этот трек видео.
Des’ree настаивает на немедленном прекращении дистрибуции носителей с этим треком и требует возместить ей ущерб в размере $150.000. Это как-то по божески прямо.

Спустя три недели после празднования релиза переизданного альбома Бейонс ( Beyonce) «B'Day», звукозаписывающая компания и сама артистка остановили процесс распространения пластинки, а также DVD с антологией видео клипов певицы.
Главной причиной стал судебный иск, о котором писалось ранее, поданный британской певицей Дизри (Des'ree), которая утверждает, что композиция «I'm Kissing You», вошедшая в альбом не защищена авторским правом со стороны Бейонс.
Напомним, что согласно иску, полученному ресурсом Tmz.com, Дизри предоставила певице условия использования своего творения, однако бывшая участница группы Destiny's Child проигнорировала авторское право и записала свою версию песни.
Ранее в этом году, во время обсуждения нового материала, который войдет в « B' Day - Deluxe Edition» с MTV News, Бейонс заявила, что ее версия песни, названная « Still in Love ( Kissing You)» не должна быть выпущена и была записана лишь потому, что певица всегда «любила эту композицию».
«Это одна из моих самых любимых песен, - говорила Бейонс, - Она очень эмоциональная. И я решила записать ее для себя, я так часто делаю. Однако когда мои знакомые услышали эту версию, то сказали – ты, что, сошла с ума? Ты должна включить ее в альбом! Таким образом, она вошла в пластинку. Я принимала решение в последнюю минуту».
Согласно документам команды Бейонс, включенным в иск о нарушении закона авторского права, они обращались к Дизри с просьбой на разрешение использования ее творчества. Из этого документа следует, что команда Бейонс впервые обратилась к британской певице 13 февраля с просьбой дать разрешение на использование «вставок» из ее песни « Kissing You», которая стала хитом после издания саундтрека к фильму 1996 года «Ромео и Джульетта» с Леонардо Ди Каприо (Leonardo Di Caprio) в главной роли.
Адвокаты обеих сторон (Бейонс и издатели Дизри) начали обсуждать условия соглашения и, к 3 марта команда Бейонс якобы получила «письмо, подтверждающее лицензирование данного трека».
5 марта адвокаты компании Royalty Network (издатель Дизри) ответили, предоставив встречное предложение, в котором были определены условия использования композиции. С одной стороны они были готовы позволить использовать музыкальные отрывки из композиции, однако был наложен запрет на создание видео ряда и изменение названия.
Несмотря на многочисленные переговоры, согласно иску, поданному в суд, команда Дизри не получила ответа, и более того, 27 марта они узнали о том, что Бейонс планирует включить композицию в альбом без их ведома. После получения данной информации, представитель Royalty Network обратился к адвокатам Бейонс и ее компании Sony, сообщив, что данное действие является «абсолютно недопустимым».
Компания обратилась к Sony с просьбой прекратить распространение альбома, однако, когда 3 апреля состоялся релиз «B'Day», который включил в себя данную композицию, несмотря на все официальные предупреждения, Royalty Network посчитала это решение «преднамеренным игнорированием». В тот день было отправлено еще одно письмо, в котором сообщалось, что Дизри и ее команда отклоняет свое предложение о взаимном сотрудничестве.
Более того, Бейонс не только использовала эту композицию в альбоме, а и сняла на нее видео клип, режиссером которого выступил Клифф Вотс ( Cliff Watts). Данная видео работа вошла в DVD антологию клипов Бейонс, изданием которой занималась компания Wal-Mart.
Видео, которое было снято на берегах Майями, Бейонс охарактеризовала, как «то, что необходимо увидеть». Однако компания Royalty Network настаивает, что они не предоставили бы Бейонс аудиовизуальные права, даже в случае разрешения использования композиции.
После регистрации судебного иска 16 апреля, компания Royalty Network (которая требует компенсацию в размере 150 тысяч долларов и прекращение распространения дисков с этой песней) на прошлой неделе подписала временное соглашение с командой Бейонс. Согласно данного документа, Columbia и Sony обязаны прекратить распространение альбома и антологии видео клипов с рассматриваемой песней до предварительного судебного слушания 4 мая.
Представители Бейонс отказались дать комментарии прессе.

Один из свидетелей рассказал изданию Page Six: "Бейонс пришла в магазин, где продают джинсы абсолютно босой. Это выглядело немного странным. Складывалось впечатление, что она настолько расслабилась в этом магазине, что почувствовала там себя как дома. Достаточно долго Бейонс ходила по магазину и все это время на ней не было обуви. На воскресном концерте исполнительницы Бейонс Ноулз в Сент-Луисе, штат Миссури, США, двое зрителей пострадали в результате пиротехнических взрывов на сцене, передает агентство Associated Press.
В пресс-службе концертного зала отказались прокомментировать причины инцидента, однако, согласно сообщениям местных СМИ, несколько фейерверков выстрелили в сторону первого ряда в зале.
Двое молодых людей были госпитализированы. По словам врачей, пострадавшие получили незначительные травмы, их состояние не вызывает опасений и вскоре они полностью выздоровеют.
Между тем в понедельник Бейонс навестила своих поклонников в больнице. О визите не стали сообщать прессе, и 25-летняя певица смогла провести с ними около 45 минут. Бейонс очень беспокоилась за тех, кто пострадал на концерте, рассказала агентству старшая медсестра больницы.

Певица лично выбрала этот комбинезон для своего турне, так как он гармонирует с её стилем одежды, подчёркивает её индивидуальность. По мнению организаторов, этот комбинезон создаст яркий сценический образ.
«После показа в Париже комбинезон из коллекции «Лолита» был выставлен во французском шоу-руме. Он был использован на съёмках французского L’Officiel. В журнале на него обратила внимание сама Бейонс. Звучит почти невероятно - те же источники оговариваются, что у Jay-Z уже есть хорошая работа в Def Jam, а Стив Джобс (Steve Jobs) достаточно умён, чтобы не соваться в бизнес звукозаписи. Тем не менее, если слух окажется правдой, это может оказаться принципиально новым подходом к звукозаписи - со ставкой на цифровое распространение, в противовес распространению на физических носителях.
В качестве пикантного совпадения можно отметить, что совсем недавно Universal Music не стала продлевать долгосрочный договор с Apple по поводу размещения её каталога в онлайн-магазине iTunes, ограничившись кратковременным, мало к чему обязывающим соглашением, и теперь может практически в любое время изъять свои музыкальные записи оттуда.
